Hello, I paid a web designed to create an adobe flex project, it includes cameras, I paid him and asked for the source code. he sent me a zip files, inside this file all I see are a bunch of mxml files (which won't open in flash cs5), something called P2PCHAT.css, .flexproperties a .svn and .settings, html-template, libs folder.. I cannot modify any of the graphics, the main file appears to be a swf file. Isn't there supposed to be a master .FLA for flash in here? It is not included in these source files anywhere. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

I have dry coarse brittle hair.. What to do?

Is pipe in front of "townhome" private property? (state of Colorado)?

I live in a building that’s called an apartment but is actually what seems to me to be three “townhomes” attached to each other. I live in the first one, apartment “A”. About three feet to the side of each front door is a u shaped pipe that goes into the ground – not sure what it’s for. Running along the front doors/pipes is a driveway that goes to the back of the building, where the dumpsters, other apartments and a bike rack are located. I need a place to park my bike. I can’t do it to the pipe in front of my apartment’s door because my roommate already uses it (for 2 bikes). I’m not strong enough to bring my bike inside up three flights of stairs inside. I have been locking my bike to apartment “B”’s pipe because I just moved in and never saw a bike there. “B”’s residents want me to park my bike at the bike rack at the back because they want to use the pipe for their bikes. Due to a myriad of reasons, I’m not willing to park my bike at the bike rack unless the pipe is private property and actually belongs to them. Otherwise, in my opinion, it should be first come first serve. My question is, who is right? Is the pipe private property belonging to “Apartment B” or is it public property for all the residents of the building?

Good strategy for scoring with the neighbor?

Before I start I'd like to say that the younger generations are growing up too fast (You'll figure out why I'm saying that in a minute.) So, I have one younger brother. Never had a bad sun burn?

Was in fla and the first day I was severly sun burnt. Used sun block yet it appeared not to work. I had a bad fever that night. The fever broke and I barely could move. Three days later I stayed inside due to the severness. Now my face is peeling like no other and I have tons of blisters around my neck. Trying to stay out of the sun yet these blisters just appeared today. Just wandering if I need to worry or if this is the horrible steps of recovery. Thanks to all!

today i went to the clinic for what i thought was a bacterial infection. And sure enough she said she saw bacteria and yeast? which she didnt say whether i had a yeast infection but just that she saw some. Anyway i havent had any of the symptoms for a yeast infection but i have all the symptoms for bv(bacterial vaginoisis) and she prescribed me antibiotics for that and said to use monistat and antibiotics for 7 days. Now since im not having the cottage cheese like discharge which is supposed to be a clear sign of YI. The BV symptoms include: Mild itchy burning feeling and fishy ordor ONLY after unprotected sex.Which by the way im married so i can do that. But do you think its safe to first take antibiotics and then if other symptoms occur like YI take monistat. Im asking because do to not having insurance i was forced to go down to my county health dept. I just feel that they are a little less equipped and knowlegable as regular doctors offices. just want advice, input,what would you do?

Why am i still very hungry after eating oatmeal of all foods?

I'm so confused because I read and heard from others that oatmeal is a very filing food and keeps you full for a long while. Well it doesn't for me. This morning I had a MASSIVE bowl of oatmeal (not the instant kind but actual quick oats i bought from my local farmers market and cooked for 15 minutes). In addition to that giant bowl of oatmeal i also had like 5 huge handfuls of dry cereal, like 10 unsalted mini pretzels, and like 3 tablespoons of cottage cheese. And to wash that all down i had a hot cup of green tea, and after all that i was still hungry for more food. If it helps at all i'm a male, going to be 19 in August, i'm 5'5" and 121 pounds with like 9% body fat. I work out/exercise 6-7 days a week which includes minimum of 40 minutes of running on the treadmill and an hour of lifting weights.

What can I do if I have a fibula stress fracture?

Ok so I am a freshman girl going to be a sophomore and I do cross country, indoor track, and outdoor track. About 2 weeks ago i just started running again after 3 weeks after track ended due to another injury in my thigh. Within a week of running I developed this pain in my fibula right above my ankle that hurts when I touch and run on it. After looking on the Internet I have come to the conclusion that i may and probably have a fibula stress fracture. I am going to the doctor and getting an MRI done next week and needless to say I am hoping for the best but expecting the worst. My question is what can I do that will help me keep me in shape without running so I can do moderately good in xc? I have a pool (it's not very big) but I don't have a bike but I can probably get one because my dad is always asking to go bike riding with him. Also, do you think I will be running before xc starts? Well, this has been going on for a while. And i finally came to the conclusion it was Bacterial Vaginosis. What is going on with my vagina?

So I've asked a question before because I was having sex with my boyfriend and we noticed these small, white balls that looked like razor gel balls. It was weird. They do NOT smell, and they aren't little balls anymore. It more looks like sticky old toilet paper now (clean sheets that are purely white and roll up into balls until they are in water and then unroll again). Is it really serious? What are some other symptoms of it that people generally miss. Chances are, I'm not pregnant. But everything is possible. It's actually a really low percentage that I am.

I'm a 15 year old girl and I'm going to be a sophmore in high school next year. I go to a private school where we wear uniforms. But that's not my problem. It's my mother. See we have sports games and free dress day were we can dress how we want in our clothes. The problem is my mom won't let me get the clothes I like. We can never agree on anything. I usally have to get clothes that I thought were the least hidious she liked. She knows I don't like things she likes and my grama told me they were the same way. See I like 80's type clothes, like big t-shirts that are to big but are cut short with a wild color tank top. And ripped jeans or shorts. Also with heels or converse. I also like laid back rock. Like plain v-neck tshirts, or tank tops with Jean shorts and heels r boots. I love fashion alot and live looking at magizines for ideas but my mom won't let me do any of it. I understand the heels somewhat cause she says "I'm only 15". But I don't want to wear boring cottage looking clothes that scream "hey my mom picked this out!". I also have really curly hair! I love to straighten it but it's sooo long and not layered. But my mom won't let me cut it or get it layered! BMX bike sizes? I'm a noob.?

I am 5'11", about 150 pounds. I would be riding a bmx bike, brakeless would be fine, and maybe doing grinds if I get into it. I'm dont' know what the average sizes are, but I'm sure that some size frames, weights, and tires work better with certain spots, just like with skateboarding which I've been doing for 3 years. I would be riding small gaps and stairs (no more than 5 stair height), manny pads, banks, and maybe ledges/rails. How big of a turn-off is cellulite?

Ok well not really a turn-off exactly. But how gross do you think it is? Here is the thing. I liike my body. I love my small waist and big hips. But butt it pretty big and not like on of those 'skinny girl boney booties' even though I am skinny. i like my legs. I am fine with my chest and arms. Everything is good, except I have some cellulite on my butt and back of my thighs. not so much my butt but you know. Why wont my morkie eat?

ive had my morkie for a week now. shes 11 weeks old and she doesnt want to eat. whenever i offer her food all she wants to do is sleep. ive tried feeding her from the bowl, spoon, hand, include cottage cheese, vanilla yogurt, and scattering it across the floor. at first she will take a small bite here and there but then she will get sleepy and lazy. i took her to the vet to see what was wrong but the vet said she was being picky. so i took her advice and tried a different food. that worked for a few days then she got picky again. im starting to think its much more than pickyness. im only 13 and i dont know what else to do. i did not read 100% of this truthfully, but this is what i would suggest. i have had the same thing and i went to the doctor. they said it was not a uti but put me on antibiotics anyway beacause i have adrenal insufficiency so he donst take chances with me. it went away. then i had it again and all i did was drank a bunch of cranberry juice and havnt had one since! :) i didnt think it was a uti beacuse it didnt feel the same at all. after i did some reasurch i found out that it was a very minor type of infection that usually dosnt show up. idky. but just drink some cranbery juice and if that dosnt help then go to the doctor! :)

so where to start... i have to say he is a little out of line to be so rude but he probably wants some space and freedom. Growing up with just his mom must have been weird because he probably wanted a father figure or another man in the house. and just to say 10 is a little early for a curfew. i think 11 would be better because its kinda late enough for him not to think your being ridiculous but its early enough for you not to worry so much! now the fact that when given the option he chose to live with his dad, to me, was extremely expected. my older brother did the same thing he wasn't telling my dad and my step mom where he was going or when he was coming back and he was slacking in his chores so they told him straight up if you want to keep doing that you cant stay here! and especially since our moms house is soooo much better he chose to leave and then they were shocked when it was their fault. so my advice is to stop babying him with texts and stuff, give him a little space for now to let him figure out what he really wants. And you NEED to stop letting him take advantage of you! if he wants to borrow money or get a ride he needs to respect you , if he doesn't just tell him he can figure it out himself. he is old enough to understand you can't treat people like that and get good stuff in return. But don't let his silly teenage rage hurt you personally. in my opinion he is being difficult on purpose because he thinks if he is rude to you then you will leave him alone. Anyone heard of a Avenir 2100 (manufactured by Raleigh)?

I just bought a bike. I didn't really know what I needed so I just tried a few and picked the one that "felt" the best and was big enough. When I got home, I looked up the name on the bike, and it is as if it doesn't exist. According to the Owner's Manual that came with it, it is made by Raleigh. On the bike itself, it says "AVENIR" in large letters on the lower bar, and 2100 on the upper bar. It's a men's bike, 18". Has anyone ever heard of this bike? I looked on the Raleigh USA and Canada website and it's like it's not even a real bike! NOBODY has reviewed it anywhere. I want to know if I made a bad choice (it was between this one and another one which was "Norco" brand). I can return it for a few weeks, and it came with one year written warranty. All I am doing is biking to and from school (about 60 minutes total a day) on paved trails.

That's a really hard decision. Firstly, it would get very lonely if you stayed alone in NY, plus the temptation to act out would probably get the best of you. Your parents would also probably be upset if you didn't move with them. You really have to think about college. Are you planning on going to college in Florida or New York? This could also greatly influence your decision. Maybe going to Florida wouldn't be so bad because then you could get used to a traditional high-school, which is more like most colleges. In the end, the choice is yours, but I personally think that going to Florida would be the best choice because you could go half day and have a relaxing senior year, be by the beach(awesome!) and even meet a bunch of new friends and maybe even a new boy....good luck!

the other day i was at the bus stop and i had to wait there for half an hour because summer reductions for the bus schedule had begun. So i get off my other bus and i just walk straight over to a bench to wait. as im walking to the bench i see one of my brothers friends. it was his birthday the day before and on facebook i had left a message on his wall saying happy birthday, but we never talk. so when i saw him at the bus stop i just looked at im and he looked at me and then i went to sit down. he kept getting up and walking a bit away and talking on the phone. as i was waiting he kept looking at me and i kept looking at him. we have never talked before. ever. so after about 25 minutes of this my brothers other friend came on his bike and they both looked at me and i think they might of said something about me, but i don't know what. they are both really good friends of my brother and im friends with the guy with the bikes little brother who is a year younger than me. my brother and his friends are a year older than me. so my bus comes after about a minute and i get on. Today, i put on facebook has anyone else seen the little black bar at the top of google and an hour passed and he said i did. no one else had commented and id never spoken to him before. but at the bus stop he kind of hovered around me and he kept looking at me and kind of smiling as well. i saw him look me over a few times and when i got up from my bench to stretch my legs and move about he watched me. it was only him and i at the bus stop. does he show interest in me? and ill be going to his school after summer.

What to think about my daughter’s behaviour?

My 10 year old daughter got into the habit of swimming and playing totally naked in the little beach in front of our cottage. Losing weight in 2 months?

I'm 59 kg (130 pounds) and want to be 50kg (lose 20 pounds) within 2 months. I ate relatively well (although room for improvement), dance for 1 - 1.5 hours (on thursdays), for 4.5 hours on saturday, and I usually use the exercise bike most days, and I also do clinical pilates on Wednesday's for about 50-60 minutes. Josh Johnson, right now, is probably one of the the best pitchers in baseball. I am a Milwaukee Brewers fan myself, but from what I see in highlights and other things is that he is a really dominant pitcher with some nasty stuff. Sudden sore neck lasting for weeks?

A couple weeks ago, I developed a sore neck within less than a day. It was so intense I could not turn my head without feeling intense pain. At first I thought it was sore because it happened shortly after riding a bike for the first time in a while. But now the pain has lasted for weeks and is not improving. Every morning I wake up with extreme pain in my neck. It does not feel like muscle pain, because I have had sore neck muscles before and this is not what it feels like. Whereas stretching it would normally give relief, stretching the neck gives me sharp, almost headache-inducing pain. It occurs in both sides of the neck. I am only 20 years old. At this point I have a lot of muscle popping all over my neck, shoulders, and back when I rub them, as though they are tight, and this has worsened over the past couple weeks. Does anyone have any idea what this could be?

The first time I did it, it was like I've been doing it for years. I just did it as I went along. But remembering to take out the garbage, or what I was just about to do... My memory is crap! And the second question I cannot remember lol But I absorb information, retain it, and it comes with ease! I don't need college or classes to learn. I have taught myself everything I know. However, every time a car passes me I can't help but laugh to myself a little at how they must've thought "who the heck is this freak walking their dog at 3 AM?" hahah, you know? I have 1 thing to say to you: JUMP ROPE! trust me it works. It exercises all the muscles in your body, and it burns a lot calories. I didn't want to lose weight, but I wanted abs. I was doing a ton of situps but I wasn't getting results because I had some fat on my stomach. After a week of jumping rope everyday, I have pretty good abs. You should include it with some other workouts and eat healthy.

Im 15, 5' 10" inches and i weigh a little less than 160 lbs. Im in generally good shape considering my body style is more muscular than most. But, i have still had problems with toning my upper body to the point where muscles are obvious and signs of excess fat are far from noticeable. Most of the excess fat i have is on my upper body in the chest, side, stomach, and upper back where my my upper arm meets with my back.
