Why wont my morkie eat?

ive had my morkie for a week now. shes 11 weeks old and she doesnt want to eat. whenever i offer her food all she wants to do is sleep. ive tried feeding her from the bowl, spoon, hand, include cottage cheese, vanilla yogurt, and scattering it across the floor. at first she will take a small bite here and there but then she will get sleepy and lazy. i took her to the vet to see what was wrong but the vet said she was being picky. so i took her advice and tried a different food. that worked for a few days then she got picky again. im starting to think its much more than pickyness. im only 13 and i dont know what else to do. HELP!!
