How do I land this cougar in my new cottage village?

This cougar, recently divorced, sunbathes by the pool while I work out in the weight room--the weight room is right behind the pool. She's definitely a good ten years older than I am, but she takes very good care of her body. She has this routine where she walks in front of the weight room, showing off her tail and breasts. And when she sits down she makes great efforts to put layer after layer of tanning lotion around her breasts. It's borderline erotic. And every time I leave she makes sure to turn to her side and wave goodbye to me. It's pretty obvious, but I don't have much experience with cougars. How aggressive should I be? What should I do? Take a swim and see where it goes?
