It's almost but three hours since breakfast which I had 1 cup of oatbran with 1 cup of blueberries 1 tablespoon of almonds and 1/2 cup of cottage cheese with 1 scoop of egg protein powder, my next meal will be 1 cup of cottage cheese with 2 tablespoons of almonds should I eat if it's been3 hours but yet I'm not hungry?
