Healthy Food Diet is too low in Calories? Please help!?

For effective weight loss, they say the best way to go is to eat 5-6 200-250 cal meals per day. Don't overload on fruits. Fruits have a lot of sugar. I know, they stabalize your blood sugar level, but to much is bad. Eat protein at every meal. Eat fiber to stay regular.
