Probably a yeast infection, and it's perfectly normal and very common. Your mother can help you out. Don't be embarrassed. Increased discharge after puberty can also be normal, however it shouldn't be cottage cheese like in texture or smell bad. Those are clues there's a problem that needs to be treated.
