Most air condition compressor imfomation tag coming only LRA(lock roted amp) .how to convert to FLA?

i am air condition mechnic.so i have question in compressor.most compressor coming with details tag.but tags mentioned only LRA ( lock roted amp) how i calculate to FLA (full load amp)?any body have formula ?
