How to make a cagillar pocket bike faster (free)?

Ya I have a cag pocket bike I put a new exhaust on it and a new clutch and it could only do 40-45mph (ps I got up to 60 with venom nitrous and don't like to use because I don't whant to kill it) so any free ways to get the most out of it?? Thanks
