Where will the first Scene in the final Harry Potter movie take place?

Since the movie Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows Part 1 is based on the first 24 chapters in the book and since Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows Part 2 the final movie will be based on chapters 25 thru 37 the last 13 chapters in the book, and since chapter 25 is called Shell Cottage, will the first scene in the final Harry Potter movie Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows Part 2 take place at the Shell Cottage? Please tell me. If that's not where it will take place then please tell me where the first scene will take place. Thank You.
