Is it weird that I prefer to walk my dog super late at night?

I'm a night owl anyways, but I just love how relaxing it feels to go on walks or bike rides late at night when the rest of the world is quite and asleep. Plus it's much cooler out at night so it's more comfortable to do any form of exercise then. However, every time a car passes me I can't help but laugh to myself a little at how they must've thought "who the heck is this freak walking their dog at 3 AM?" hahah, you know? I live in a really safe town, but I still carry pepper spray with me on these late night walks just in case and to shut my paranoia up a bit. But anyways, is it totally weird that I like to walk this late? Does anybody else do it too? Also, what time of the night/early-morning is the most dangerous to be doing something like this? My paranoia has gotten so much worse over the years, I hate it. =/
